Returns & Refunds

30 days. No drama.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Contact us at weirdpigeon11@gmail.com and we'll sort it.


To be eligible, your item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging, with tags still on
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Don't send anything back without contacting us first. We won't accept it.


Damaged or wrong item?

Open your order, check it immediately. If something's broken, defective, or just completely not what you ordered — contact us straight away. That's on us and we'll make it right.


Exchanges

Return the original item. Once accepted, place a new order. That's the fastest way to get what you actually want.


EU Customers

If you're in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Same conditions apply — unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take their time — that's out of our hands. If 15 business days have passed since approval and nothing's shown up, contact us at weirdpigeon11@gmail.com.
