We're a small operation. Here's how it works.
Orders take 2–4 days to process before they go anywhere. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number. That's your window into its journey.
Costs
Standard shipping — €7
Free shipping on orders over €75 — because you've already committed enough.
Delivery Times
These are estimates, not promises. The world is chaotic.
- Europe — roughly 5–10 business days after dispatch
- US — roughly 5–15 business days after dispatch
- Asia — roughly 10–20 business days after dispatch
Customs, carrier delays, bad weather, general entropy — all real factors outside anyone's control.
The honest part
International shipping is outside our control once it leaves us. Customs delays, local carrier issues, the general chaos of moving a parcel across borders — that's real. We'll always help where we can, but we won't pretend we control things we don't.
If something goes wrong, contact us. We're not going to make you fill out three forms and wait six weeks to be taken seriously.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These are charged by your government, not us. We have no say in them and can't predict them. Check your local rules before ordering if this is a concern.
